3. Quotes and proposals

Quotes are valid for [insert period, e.g. 14 or 30 days] unless stated otherwise.

A project is not confirmed until the required payment, deposit or written approval has been received.

We reserve the right to update pricing if the project scope changes or if additional work is requested.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be stated in your invoice, proposal or service agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • Deposits or set-up fees are payable before work begins

  • Monthly packages are paid in advance

  • One-off projects may require staged payments

  • Final files, website transfers or launch work may be withheld until payment is complete

Late payments may delay your project or result in services being paused.

If you choose a monthly package, the package will continue until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms agreed.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Monthly payments are due in advance

  • A minimum commitment period may apply

  • Unused monthly work does not roll over unless agreed in writing

  • Extra work outside the agreed package may be charged separately

To complete work properly and on time, you agree to provide:

  • Accurate business information

  • Timely feedback and approvals

  • Images, logos, text, brand assets or access details where needed

  • Permission to use any content, images, fonts, logos or materials you provide

  • Access to relevant platforms, such as Wix, Google Business Profile, social media accounts or domain providers

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all content before it is published.

Additional changes, new requests or work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable, excessive or unclear revision requests.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Because our services involve time, planning, design, strategy and digital work, refunds are limited once work has started.

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • Deposits and set-up fees are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Completed work is non-refundable

  • Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable

  • If you cancel before work begins, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation

  • If you cancel after work has started, you may still be charged for work already completed or time already allocated

For monthly packages, cancellation requires 60 days’ written notice.

10. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are buying as an individual consumer online or at a distance, you may have certain cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

Where you ask us to begin work within any cancellation period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed, or you may need to pay for work already completed.

Business clients may not have the same cancellation rights as individual consumers.

11. Website ownership and access

Ownership arrangements will depend on the agreed package.

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • The client is responsible for ongoing website platform fees, domain fees, app fees and third-party subscriptions

  • Snapper Branding may retain access where needed to provide ongoing support

  • Final website access may be provided once all outstanding payments are complete

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by client edits, third-party changes or platform updates after handover

You confirm that you have permission to use any content, images, logos, fonts or materials you provide to us.

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • You retain ownership of the materials you provide

  • We retain ownership of unpaid work, draft concepts, unused designs, internal documents and working files

  • Final approved work becomes available for your business use once payment has been made in full

  • Raw files, editable design files or source files are not included unless agreed in writing

13. Portfolio and credit

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Snapper Branding may showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, case studies or marketing materials.

We may also include a discreet website credit, such as “Website by Snapper Branding,” where appropriate.

14. Third-party platforms

We may use or work with third-party platforms such as Wix, Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, booking systems, payment processors, domain providers or email platforms.

We are not responsible for changes, downtime, errors, restrictions, rejected listings, account suspensions, platform updates or decisions made by third-party providers.

15. Search engine and marketing results

We aim to improve your online presence, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales, followers, bookings or revenue.

Search engines, social platforms and advertising platforms use their own algorithms and rules, which may change at any time.

16. Photography and video services

Where photography or video services are provided, the agreed deliverables, shoot duration, location, editing requirements and usage rights will be confirmed separately.

Additional edits, reshoots, travel, location fees or extra content may be charged separately.

  • Legal claims arising from content, images or materials supplied by you

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We may stop or pause services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Required information is not provided

  • Communication becomes abusive, unreasonable or unworkable
